Quantocks 2020

After the first Covid-19 lockdown was raised Ann & I decided to have a walking holiday in the Somerset, Quantock Hills in September 2020. The Quantocks were England’s first designated Area of Outstanding National Beauty. We stayed in the delightful Old House B&B in Nether Stowey. It only had two bedrooms & we stayed in the one where Samuel Taylor Coleridge purportedly slept. We had a few bracing walks in the hills and I was surprised when on one we could overlook Hinkley Point Nuclear Power Station.
