The RHS staged a Flower Festival in the Temple gardens. This is where they used to hold their main annual shows before moving it to the grounds of the Chelsea Pensioners and re-branded it as the Chelsea Flower Show. As part of this festival event they arranged for the Temple Church to be decorated.

This window celebrates the 400th anniversary of the Inner and Middle Temples being granted a Royal Charter giving them use of the Temple in perpetuity. The display below mimics the window wonderfully.
