The shops and stalls in the Souqs are a fabulous delight selling the most wonderful nick-knacks. There is the inevitable hassle if you show any interest in anything. However except for Marrakech, the Souqs elsewhere in Morocco were fun places to stroll round and barter.
The olive & fruit stalls were particularly enticing.
Sampling before you buy can be daunting with so much to choose from.
Ann never did get her handbag.

We were tempted by the Tajine pots, the conical-lidded earthenware dishes - bottom right in this photo, but unfortunately they were too bulky to bring back.
A local weekly, outdoor market in Skoura. Just for a change, we were one of the few tourists in this souq. It is really for the locals - maybe that was why it was more interesting than some of the others.
This is where Ann got her spices.
On our first full day in Morocco, we visited the souq in Rabat and I had an enormous lunch of various fried fish from this street stall. Very tasty, very cheap & no - no tummy problems after it.
