Our Malta Photos are organised into:-
From the Main Gate looking towards Floriana.
Sadly not many of the pre-war buses are left now.
From the Main Gate looking down Kingsway, the main thoroughfare. The ruins to the right are of the old Opera House, bombed in the war. Still left as an eyesore. Shame.
The grand old Library.
This is by Victoria Square, where you can still get the best coffees & pastries.
In the Grandmasters Palace. The Maltese Parliament is now housed here.
Don't they just demand to be photographed?
As a boy I used to love leaning out of the balcony at home, watching the world go by.
All buildings have balconies - its that just some are grander than others.
OK then, no more balconies after this!
