We finish our drive down the Queensland coast at Mount Tamborine (south of Brisbane) staying at Carrie & Roger's fabulous home overlooking Guaraba Gorge and the Gold Coast. A delight to see Rainbow Lorikeet and other colourful birds over breakfast.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are some great walks to be had nearby, including Lamington National Park & Witches Falls. We also saw some ancient Antarctic Beach trees which may be some of the oldest living trees.
